Shipping

Processing & Shipping Time:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.
  • This time frame allows us to ensure each product meets our quality standards before leaving our facility.
  • Shipping times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volumes.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy:

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Wisely is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Wisely is not responsible for shipping delays or lost items.
  • If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.


Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

At Wisely, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products every time. However, because all of our items are made to order, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges to protect both our customers and our business.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Customers cannot request a return or exchange until after the 2–3 week shipping period has passed.
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please check your tracking details before contacting us.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival, or
  • The incorrect item was sent.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items, limited edition drops, and custom products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Wisely error (wrong or defective item).

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
