Tracking Information:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy:
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Wisely is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you realize an address error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
- Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Wisely is not responsible for shipping delays or lost items.
- If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
